　　此时热浪过去天气逐渐变得凉爽。根据中国传统习俗，这是贴秋膘的时节。因为夏季人们普遍食欲不振，所以到了秋天需要食肉来进补身体。一些女生出于担心体重赠长而很怕被贴秋膘。

　　Autumn arrives on August 7th or 8th. The heat waves pass and the weather gradually cools down. According to Chinese traditions, it’s the tieropubiao(贴秋膘)time. That means since our appetite is not good in summer, we should supplement our body with meat in autumn.
